Services & software

Custom services are quoted individually. Software subscriptions and one-time purchases are governed by the product description and PayPal checkout terms. License keys are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. Refund requests for digital products are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. Subscription cancellations follow PayPal billing policies.

Intellectual property

Website content, blog posts, and proprietary software remain the property of RelaxGen LTD unless a separate agreement assigns rights to the client.

Limitation of liability

We provide services on an "as is" basis. RelaxGen LTD is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our website or products beyond fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
